World traveler and retired NASA engineer, Lew Mermelstein, is an essayist with short stories "24 Hours" and "Maximum Power Transfer Theorem" published in the Writers of the Mendocino Coast Anthologies.
His first novel "Solomon's Net", an inquiry into the treatment of madness in the 1970s, is based on his time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia. Lew now resides on the magnificent Mendocino coast.
